These terms govern your use of Zairussalam Tools ("the site") at tools.zairussalam.id. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the site.
1. Use of the site
The site offers free web tools for general informational and educational use. No account is required to use the tools, and no payment is requested. You may use the tools as often as you like, for personal or commercial work.
2. Your data
Every tool processes your inputs entirely in your browser. The site does not store, read, or transmit the content you process through its tools. You retain all ownership of the data you put in and the outputs you get back. See the privacy policy for details on what aggregate usage metrics are collected.
3. No warranty
The tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The site owner makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness of any tool for any specific purpose. See the disclaimer for more detail.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from use of the site or reliance on any tool output.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the site's infrastructure.
- Scrape the site at a rate or volume that degrades service for other users.
- Use the tools to facilitate illegal activity under the laws of Indonesia or any jurisdiction applicable to you.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, alter, or remove any notice of authorship from the site's code as served.
6. Third-party services and libraries
The site relies on open-source libraries (credited on individual tool pages where relevant) and external services (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for aggregate metrics, Ko-fi for donations). Those libraries and services have their own licenses and terms; using this site does not override them.
7. Changes
Any tool on the site may be changed, replaced, or removed without notice. These terms may be updated; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from use of the site falls within the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
