Sometimes you don't have a PDF — you have a stack of photos, a contract scan, or a sequence of charts that need to live in a single deliverable. Image to PDF assembles JPEG, PNG, and WebP into a multi-page document with control over page size, orientation, and margin. Output is a real, printable, OCR-friendly PDF — not just images wrapped in a container.
The output is image-based. Run a separate OCR pass to extract text.
